SYPCO provides life skills through the ASDAN 'Towards Independence' course
Arts & Crafts
SYPCO engages its service users in regular Arts & Crafts activities!
All SYPCO staff members are DBS checked to work with
people 18 years and upwards with specific learning difficulties,
autism and mental health needs
Since we opened our doors in July 2016, we have been helping young adults with specific learning difficulties fulfill their potential. We do this through personalised instruction and working hand-in-hand with carers & parents to develop the skills required to look after themselves.
At SYPCO Selby we are always busy – whether it be teaching valuable life skills to our clients or organising local fundraising events. We would love to keep you up to date with our latest activities! Please press the button below to receive updates about what we are doing!
I started coming to Sypco in November 2017. I knew a few people before coming here but i have made lots of new friends. I like playing scrabble with my friends here. I recommend it to my friends. It’s great to meet new people. I always look forward to coming to Sypco.
Sypco is the best place I’ve been to, you are treated like family and are not just a number. When i moved homes Sypco came to help me celebrate in my new garden.
Sypco helped me celebrate my birthday, I got to open my presents here and had cake too. The service is fantastic, I get support with my personal issues. It gives me something to get up for, it gives me a purpose. We are all treated fairly.
